Booking Terms

Prices and Quotations

Any rates displayed or quotes given for our products and services may change at any time before you reserve your place. Once a reservation has been confirmed with a deposit we will honour the quoted price.

Cancelations

If you wish to cancel a day excursion we require 48h written notice, if not your deposit is forfeit. If you have booked PADI course then we require 1 weeks written notice, if not your deposit is forfeit. If you have booked a package including accommodation we require 1 months written notice, if not your deposit is forfeit and also the cost of the accommodation. If you have booked to take part in an internship or an IDC the deposit is non-refundable.

If pre-booked activities are cancelled at any time by Scuba Tours due to unfavourable or potentially dangerous weather conditions we will try to find an alternative location, if no alternative is available on the day then we will offer an alternative day or a partial refund.
